Simeis 147 (Spaghetti Nebula) and Sh2-242

Simeis 147 (Spaghetti Nebula, or Sharpless 2-240) is a large supernova remnant in the constellations of Taurus and Auriga. It is a result of supernova explosion about 40,000 years ago. This nebula covers about 3° and is approximately 3,000 light years away which means that the real size is about 140 light years.
